Very frightening since i had months of communication from AIR BNB and reality agents. Finally convinced the lady with my hard copy of agreement that we had reserved these dates.
After 30 minutes of trying to contact someone with the realty company with no response the lady, Brigitta did issue us keys to check and see if the place was even clean. It had her very upset.
Thankfully the condo indeed was clean and ready for us.
When we called Brigitta with the good news she stated the reality company said the rental agreement bounced back to them in October and they never sent it back over.
This was there responsibility to make sure things were in order for us upon arrival. Shame on them for not having a followup process to ensure their clients had a stress-free start to vacation.
The condo was very nice, parking spot very tight but ocean view was amazing.
There’s nothing negative I can say about any point of renting, we will definitely be back.
