Our families had a great time. The kids loved having their own space in the game room. Host was responsive and helpful. A few things need fixing, like the railings outside. We enjoyed the large open living spaces and back yard by the lake! Great views and environment.

Josh was very accommodating. The place was clean and beautiful! The grounds and lake view was gorgeous! Our group tripped a breaker and I had to call him to find the power box. He answered right away, and stayed on the phone with me until the problem was resolved.

The house’s location is really lovely. We have a huge family and though the house is small it was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house was clean outside of a few flies in the upstairs bunk area but understandable for the time of year and proximity to the water. This would be a great spot if you’re looking for a place to visit with friends and family and need a casual relaxed...

Josh's lake home was beautiful and perfect for a late summer family get together. lots of room, lots of outdoor toys for the kids to play in the sand with. And, good fishing including a few right off the dock.
well equipped kitchen was great for food prep for a large group.
