This was a perfect stay! Scott was helpful and responsive, it was worth the price, and the location was wonderful! For younger guests- note that one member of your party needs to be 25+!! I missed that detail until we got sent the rental agreement contract, but Scott was helpful in figuring out a way to make our trip work. I really enjoyed this area & the neighborhood was beautiful. We definitely loved the private pool area (for the neighborhood only) and beach access. The rooms and beds were great and the checkin/checkout processes were easy. I would definitely stay with Scott again.
