A good place. It's located near the airport boats arrival point into venice and very easy to find, so provides a relatively stress free arrival to the city. Easy Suite communicate well and the arranged access was on time. The apartment is on the edge of the city, but 2 minutes walk from boats via Fondamente Nove that take you to Murano, Burano, Torchello etc so very convenient for those ventures out into the lagoon. Its also a good area, as there is a supermarket 5 mins walk, a good range of local drink/food places around the Cannaregio area which is less touristic but friendly. Venice isn't big so from here your about 10 minutes walk into the historic centre, or once you get your head around the boat routes you can be almost anywhere you need to be via Fondamente Nove. Its a good place to relax and enjoy the views after a busy day exploring the city/lagoon. The night views are very good.
Only gripes: the "kitchen" is limited, but its venice, so your not short of eating out options.
