Overall is good. the privacy of the place very good and very convenient if you need some groceries. However, the sofa and bed linen in cream/white colour doesn't look clean as it has many spots and stains on it.

Honestly had a really good time here. Went with my family of 4 and my sibling's family of 3. The KL gateway mall was located just beside with a fair amount of halal food options. Took grab to and from mid valley which was less than 10mins away and very affordable. The host was responsive and security guards were well mannered. No major issues. Beds were comfortable, water dispenser, washer/dryer and tv for own use. Even using grab food was convenient. Oh my kids liked the swimming pool, it was well maintained.

A bit difficult to get into the parking area and/or to side park during registering at the guard house /dropping off keys when you have a large vehicle, but overall the accommodation itself has a cosy muji vibe :)
