Apartment is located at nice place. Apartment is good but washing machine was not working. Informed to owner / care taker but not repaired during our stay. Internet was also mot working but she replaced a new prepaid sim router and it went well. Tv is there but no tv connection. Apartment need clearing accessories which were missing. There were two bathroom but one bathroom was not getting hot water.

I rented the Ram Yard apartment in Bedford for work through Claire. Unfortunately on the morning I was due to arrive, the boiler broke down and the property became unavailable.
Claire was very responsive in her messages, and did offer me alternative accommodation. This would have been too far from work as I couldn't drive. Claire was very kind and agreed to a full refund instead so I could book somewhere else instead.
So although I never got to stay in the property, I can't fault them for their response time and willingness to help me. I am very grateful x
