Well located, but much smaller than it looks in the photos- the bedrooms are both false rooms built without windows and with ceilings too low for a tall person. Clearly managed in a bulk way and many small details miss, for example the WiFi code is still the original long key with no way to scan or enter it except manually. Not really well adapted for four people as all the common spaces are tiny.

Excellent neighborhood, especially during this time (end of February), there was ample car parking around, no prob what so ever finding a spot. Small grocery shop near by, good pizzeria and a restaurant within couple of minutes from the door. Weber grill at the patio upstairs (though didn't use it), nice. Appt great for 2 adults + 2 kids. The view from the living room and patio upstairs is just 5*.

Had a wonderful stay - location can’t be beaten! Parking garage is a bonus (and a must have in peak times). The balcony overlooking the beach and med is a spectacular place to sit mornings and evenings. We have added the apartment to our list!
