Cons - Delayed check-in (though it was made up with extended checkout time). Cleaners were running late and the floor wasn't vacuumed, pantry and toilet paper wasn't restocked when they left. Cooking pots were in unusable condition (rusty insides). Thankfully the rice cooker worked, so we made do with it. Only 1 set of keycard provided when keycard is required for lift access. Automated messages were sent with instructions that differed from what was arranged with their staff. Front door is sticky, takes a bit of force to open.
