Everything about the property was great - except that during our stay the kitchen sink was leaking and caused flooding, and water was leaking from the toilet into the kitchen causing an unpleasant odour, and rendering the kitchen almost useless. To their credit they got someone to fix it after we pointed it out to them - and they offered a partial refund (yet to be processed) or alternate...

Good experience at Pine Escape by Cluster Cloud. Hassle free check-in. Good support by the Arun, the caretaker. He served us with simple but delicious breakfast in the morning. Overall ambiance was very good and gives the feel of privacy. Property is well enough for a 6 adult group with two bedrooms in the ground floor and one in the upstairs with a balcony.

We had a wonderful stay here, and a special mention goes to Arun, the caretaker of this property, who made our experience exceptional. The place was very clean, with a great ambiance, offering both comfort and privacy. Arun went above and beyond, even accompanying us on a trek through the pine forest in Kuttikanam, which is just a short walk away. He showed us the best routes through the pines...

Its a nice place for a small family. The location is great. The seating area outside is awesome.
