Kitchen is very sparse for any extras not left by previous vacationers so bring salt, pepper, or other things you might take for granted elsewhere. But it has 2 pans and basic stainless cooking utensils. Tea kettle is included. Note that there is nothing to cut with whatsoever. Bathroom outlet was dead, GFI not active. not sure what was up with that but super minor. There is main heat and air with control outside the main door and works great. Also a dehumidifier/AC unit in bedroom and we loved that because of the all night fan option!
As others have stated, it's downtown and single pane glass so it can be loud at times. You pay for the location.
