Nick's place in Rehobeth is ideally located to walk to the beach or into town to take advantage of all the great restaurants, bars and shops that Rehobeth offers. We were a group of 6 couples - and it is rare to find a 6+ bedroom house with all bedrooms suited for adults. This worked perfectly. The common space of the kitchen and living room was comfortable and plenty of room for us to all be together. We enjoyed the hot tub during the late winter weekend. Highly recommend!

The overall experience would be improved by a change in tone by the host- I am used to welcoming, enthusiastic hosts who offer tips on where to eat. The general tone here was
"bring your own toilet paper" and "empty the dishwasher or you will be charged $50". Despite the beautiful house and location I would prefer to find another place for my next visit.

We had a great weekend with adult friends at this house! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the first floor had a great layout for socializing, cooking, and sharing meals. It's perfectly situated, within 1 block to the boardwalk and beach and 2 blocks to the main strip of restaurants, shops, and activities. The house was clean well furnished. We would definitely stay again.
