This was a great location with easy beach access! The dock directly to the beach was key!! The balcony railings were a concern on all three levels, the sliding doors only worked well on the main level (all others were rusted and extremely difficult to open), the hot tub did work and the host was responsive in sending a tech out, but did take overnight to heat properly which means we lost a night of use. Overall a good spot with comfortable king/queen beds and a nice area under the house for cleaning fish, relaxing, or letting the kids play!

This was our first stay in a Costal Premier Property and there was a slight learning curve. If I had read more carefully I would have understood that check in required making your own beds.
Aside from that, it is a beautiful house with direct access to the beach and all the necessary supplies to gave a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back
