The condo was clean and in a great location, the bed is old and needs to be replaced other than that everything was great.

Beautiful unit and well appointed as pictured on the website Great location and near the beach. Large heated pool across from the building. Many walking trails and pickle ball courts. Would rate this a 5 out 5 except the elevator was out of order and lots of construction in the area due to the devastation caused by hurricane Ian.

Very nice place in a great location close to Times Square. Great chance to be a 5, currently at a 4. Needs to get some details refined.
Shower head water pressure poor and slow to get hot water. Pulled the master bedroom one down and it was full of wood shavings from a new build.
There are garage door openers and a code on the door, but no door opener left to use in the vehicles or to program the Homelink in the vehicle. Complicated online myQ system if you want to set up an account for this house door openers.
The place is for 8 people, but seating for 5 by the tv and a penalty fee if you move things around.
Door stops not installed correctly and need to be careful when doors are opened wide.
Hot tub didn’t work correctly for the first half of the week. Once fixed, it still has a very cumbersome control system.
Return air vents in the HVAC system suck up in the frame when the air comes on and then clunk down when the air shuts off.

Description was inaccurate. Had two double/full size beds and one queen, rather than two queens and one full. There was no hair dryer as indicated. House rules were not disclosed until just before check in - there were inadequate supplies - received two dishwasher tabs for 7 people to stay for 4 days. Limited toilet paper and paper towels supplied. Not even salt and pepper provided. I have not stayed in an Airbnb type rental without minimal kitchen amenities or the need to buy toilet paper. The check in and check out times were later and earlier than any other location I've used. Overall the house was nice, but I would be reluctant to rental again from Coastal Properties.
