Nice spot! Very close to everything. The unit was clean and spacious. I’d stay here again.

This place is in a great location and walkable to the French quarter. The bed was comfortable and the rooftop area was a great space to relax. We were able to park for free some nights from 7PM to 8AM next to the door of the condo building (luckily). It is noisy at night due to being in the city but to be expected. We brought a small loud fan to help drown the noise and it worked well. The TV remote would not work in the living room but maintenance quickly came to try to fix it.

Great location and responsive hosts. The condo was well stocked with both kitchen supplies, coffee, and toiletries, which were both appreciated. There was also dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for the in unit washer and dryer. The rooftop pool is small but very nice. My only comment is that the hallways of the building need a little bit of paint.

The rental unit was perfect - 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, very clean, comfortable beds, and a washer/dryer was a great plus! The location is just a few quick blocks from Canal street and very close to the French Quarter and the riverwalk. There are restaurants, and stores (Walgreens, CVS) in the neighborhood making it convenient to grab water and snacks. We always felt safe walking to and from the property. The ONLY complaint we have is the awful odor in the lobby and the elevators. I believe it was coming from the trash shoot that was beside the elevators. I should note - no odor in the unit at all and everything was just perfect there! Overall a great stay.
