We loved our stay and the location is fantastic and convenient to everything. The apartment is charming and easy to enjoy. We were there during peak summer and it was very hot. The 2 fans worked great at night with the windows open. However, during the day out was hot. You climb a spiral stair case with 65 steps. So hauling super heavy luggage can be a challenged. But the location was epic.

It is nice compact flat that is well equipped. The Air Conditioning was a godsend in the summer when we went. The host was really helpful and responded quickly. It is about a 20-25 minute walk along the river Thiou into Annecy and the area of Cran Gervier has a few restaurants and bakeries and grocery stores. I would recommend this apartment.
