We had a great stay in Casa Lea. Also the communication with Coopera Progetto Borghi was great. The house is in the center of Caldana, but nevertheless has the bonus of a garden. The airconditioning on the bedroom floor was very useful, since it was very warm when we were there. Also an airconditioning unit on the ground floor would have made the picture complete.

siamo stati dal 9 al 19 di agosto in 4, 2 adulti ,un ragazzo ed un bimbo...casa spettacolare. divisa su due livelli, con una camera con bagno al piano di sopra ed un ambiente unico di sotto con un altro bagno. docce spaziose ed ambiente perfetto per una famiglia come noi. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio sia davanti casa che a 100 metri.

La casa per 6 persone è perfetta, oltre allo spazio interno, è presente il terrazzo dove la sera in estate si sta benissimo. L’unica piccola pecca della casa è la connessione che dentro l’abitazione scarseggia un po’, ma già nel terrazzo non ci sono problemi.
Inoltre nel borgo di caldana nel giro di 3/4 minuti a piedi ci si trovano tutti i negozi utili per tutte le necessità senza dover...

La casa e il terrazzo sono ampi e viene fornito tutto il necessario per la permanenza (dai detersivi agli elettrodomestici); l'unica pecca è il caldo: nonostante i ventilatori ed il Pinguino messi a disposizione, le stanze faticano molto a rinfrescarsi. L'accoglienza è davvero ottima e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche una torta deliziosa! Ammirevole poi il progetto portato avanti dalla...
