The location was great! I went to the innings festival which was only a 7 minute walk. There were also several restaurants and bars walking distance. Phoenix was only a short drive and we were able to do all the sightseeing activities like hole in the rock and desert botanical garden. The room was clean and was perfect for a 4 day getaway.
