Great for families to spend time together in a shared space

What a perfect Cotswolds retreat. Great space, spacious bedrooms and communal spaces. Modern bathrooms with great water temperature and pressure. Gorgeous original features and perfect location for Burford. Would stay again in a heartbeat

I stayed here with 4 friends over a weekend, and it was perfect for us. The house is spotless and very spacious for 5 people. The living space is extremely generous and it was very cosy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set out really well for sharing. Perfect for a girls’ weekend away!
Great to have parking on the driveway and plenty of space for one car (a little tight if you are bringing two cars but there is also parking on street). There’s no way of playing music, but it was fine because we tuned into the radio over the TV.
Minor point, but bookings are being run by an holiday lettings agency who expect you to create an account with them so they can communicate with you via their website. I pushed back on this and requested to communicate via Airbnb, which they accepted.
Overall, very generous space but with a cosy feeling, and great value for a big group.
★★★★
Very quaint historic property in a beautiful location.

Nice accommodation, fairly close to shops and restaurants only a short drive away. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to host big dinners for lots of people
