This spot was great as a home base for a weekend in DC. Parking was kind of a pain, but the Airbnb was spacious and accommodated our group well.

We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for our family. Plenty of stores within walking distance.

The keypad worked however the top lock was locked. It took several calls to get it straightened out and cozy suites kept telling us we were inside the Airbnb when we in fact not inside.
Be sure to print the parking pass before you arrive. We didn’t , had to find a staples where we could print it or we were told we would be towed. It would be convenient if you left a copy inside the Airbnb.
I wasn’t completely comfortable with the host asking if maintenance could come in during our stay. But we allowed it but just removed anything of value. Just also know that the bedrooms upstairs does not have a queen size bed so we wanted to be on the same floor as our kids so it was a little tight for me and my husband in a double bed. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Location is convenient to bus and metro station. Not much else to do within walking distance. Kitchen definitely needs to be better stocked. It had bare basics only with a few plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, a pot and a few pans. There were no serving bowls or mixing bowls, only 1 baking pan/ dish, no pitcher, snd very limited pots/ pans that were fairly worn with missing or cracked handles. Downstairs smelled of sewer most of the time… lines not properly vented. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for family of 6.
