Daniela and James were helpful from the very beginning. They made sure I was well accommodated and met during check-in. Instructions were clear. The location was great and super easy to navigate. The J and M train are steps away. I enjoyed subtly hearing and watching the train go by in my room. Everything I need was in walking distance and then some. Daniela and James even went out of their way to help me with my move from their listing. I had reserved another one of their listings and they made it so my check-out and check-in was seamless. It was something that really stood out to me. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment with spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, good furniture and bed linens. Feels cozy and comfortable. Good building with elevator and laundry room. The location is convenient close to the J/M train, a little walk from the L train, and many groceries and stores nearby. A noisy neighborhood, but get earplugs and it should be fine.

I had a great stay here! My room was spacious, especially by New York standards, and the living room and kitchen were roomy too. The living room doesn’t have windows, so it can get a bit dark, but my room was always bright. One day the water stopped working, but they had it fixed the next day, which I really appreciated.
The building is a bit older, with a slow elevator that’s often out of service, and the laundry facilities are basic.
The street isn’t the best, (broadway) but if you walk south, you’ll hit the nicer part of Bed-Stuy. Plus, the M/J/Z subway lines are right there, getting you to Manhattan in under 20 min. Because of that, I never felt far from the city and was able to fully enjoy my time in NY. While it’s a bit more expensive compared to other apartments in the area, this room is still a great deal for an Airbnb. (Just keep in mind, my room was much bigger than the two others, which were nearly the same price.)
