Book this place, I promise you will not regret it! The home is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, find comfort and enjoy yourself (buy extra trash bags). The entire unit and building is a dream land and the staff and homeowners were all so pleasant along with the surrounding residents. Do yourself a favor and EXPLORE! Everyone was so kind and there is so many great things to see - uber is less than 5 bucks to most great locations and there are several walkable places too. We can’t wait to come back to this exact place and enjoy PVR even more. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! Salud restaurant is also a must! We never worried about safety at all. Enjoy!

This property was outstanding on every level. From above and beyond support from lobby front desk staff (friendly and so very kind lady with long hair and glasses), to always ready to help concierge Aurora. The suite was lovely, and surprisingly quiet. The bed and lounging furniture was super comfortable. Being a platform bed, this king size bed was very comfortable... All we needed for our immediate needs was provided. The rooftop pool and terasse was fantastic. Lastly, this property is located just steps from the malecon, restaurants, shops... In short, anyone would be lucky to snatch this great suite for their vacation!

Really wonderful up and coming area, not too touristy here yet. Expect lots of noise though. Our unit was right above an active metalworking shop that also played loud music. This was no fault of the host but be aware of it.

We had a wonderful time at the condo; it is exactly as pictured. It is well appointed and has everything you need, unlike some AirB&Bs built to rent out (and nobody has lived there)—plenty of towels, pillows, utensils, etc.
And the morning sun on the patio was so perfect! Coffee at the table or the lounger was the best way to start the day.
We have only two issues, one of which we knew of - the noise from the street. When in Zona Romantica you might get a quiet street...or you might not. There was a Karaoke (?) place outside the master bedroom, which was loud at night (even from 4th floor). We used the A/C unit to drown it out as best we could and still managed excellent nights of sleep.
The other issue is the pool...it is not heated and quite cold. It doesn't make for a relaxing poolside time when the pool is freezing. But the beach is just a few blocks away.
