Overall the place was great for our short trip, had plenty of room for everyone. The back pool area was small, no view, and unfortunately the spa motor was not working. David did get someone out to repair it, however that meant we didn't have use of the spa for half of our time there.

the place was very clean. it had a good smell. the place is spacious and cozy. the communication was very good and they were very responsible.The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. my only comment is that I would have liked it more if they didn't have to charge extra for the pool heater. I feel that if the house includes private pool it would be logical for it to include the heater. other than that it's a great place if you have children and want them to have a nice time and at the same time feel at home. David was very kind in answering our questions and solving situations. I would definitely rent this place again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

David’s place was perfect for our golf trip with 6 guys. Spacious, clean, and good location. Paying the extra $ for the pool heat warmed it to a comfortable temperature during our early March stay.
I would recommend stocking up on small essentials like toilet paper, paper towel, salt / sugar / olive oil, as well as trash bags before your stay as these are minimal. Only 13 gallon trash bags will be picked up by the neighborhood service.
