This house is very spacious and convenient to shopping, parks, etc. in Fountain Hills. It is a short drive to Scottsdale. The views are really nice but perhaps not fully breathtaking. We did pay to have the pool heated and the heater failed. To the manager's credit, the payment was fully refunded. Overall a very comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Loved this beautiful house for our family of 4. Plenty of space, super comfortable furniture and beds and peaceful outside!! We absolutely loved our getaway to Fountain Hills. Really easy to access Scottsdale area. Neighborhood was super quiet and loved the lights were low so you could see the evening sky!! We will definitely be back!!

While the house is an older property - it was well maintained, clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub (very nice to have as it was chilly while we were there). We didn't get to use the pool, but it was very clean and would have definitely jumped in if it was warmer. (we didn't pay to heat it).
