Was very happy with this place and the owners and staff at the resort. Concierge was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, I have bad knees and needed help with elevator in lobby and suggestions to get to mountain top and they made it all happen like it was effortless. More than ample parking, great selection of board games and dvds available in the lobby. I needed help with the remote controls and maintenance responded quickly to assist me. The first night, the icemaker was empty in the freezer and when i called the lobby the cheerfully delivered a bag of ice to me. All the staff was attentive and helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again. Don't miss sunset happy hour via the Gondola, worth every penny.
