Great location near a park and many restaurants within a short walk. SLC is not the most walkable city, but this was one of the most walkable neighborhoods. The unit is one of four in a large house, it’s one of the upstairs units, with plenty of space as a solo traveler. Would also have been great for a couple + small child. The bonus was the absolutely adorable bonus room off of the bedroom - with great natural light I used it as a reading nook and it really made the place really homey.

The host was immediately responsive and helpful. Great apartment complex. Safe, quiet, pickleball courts, games inside the house, pack n play, stroller, gym at the clubhouse facility, pretty much anything you need they thought to provide! Will stay again when I’m in town. Thank you!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Randall’s place. There was plenty of open grass for our dogs & a good size gated dog park to let the dogs off the leash. Randall was very understanding & considerate when our dryer stopped working, even offering us to use another units washer & dryer until ours was repaired properly. Overall an excellent host, we would definitely visit again!
