Condo was updated, clean, and comfortable. Host off-site, but easy to reach, even late at night. Pool wasn't much too brag about, and the WiFis super spoty, but not a big issue because we were out and about most the time. Off-season is an understatement, though, with many restaurants and attractions being closed. It's not like going to Dells in the winter. It does make the free attraction tickets limited due to that fact. Overall, we would definitely stay with this rental company again!

Love this location, & definitely recommend.. This location is about 15 minutes from Downtown Branson, so you get the country feel without being too far away. This gated community is absolutely beautiful, and very quiet at night. There are a lot of hills that you might need to park on, but the parking is close to the rental units.
This location has a very nice pool and clubhouse that you have access to when renting the unit. You get a gate key card, which also accesses the pool house.
The unit was exact to the photos, and very cozy. Everything worked great, and they even programmed the Alexa device to offer suggestions for the area or to communicate with the host. Don't forget to mute the device when you're done talking with it.
The bed was extremely comfortable and we really appreciated the use of the washer & dryer. It has a private entrance, a nice little balcony, and just about all the kitchen items you need for home cooking.
