Check-in was easy with access codes provided. Elevators are quick. The rental unit was equipped as advertised and was very comfortable. I spent a large amount of time out on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room & master bedroom; even when I wasn't out there, I had those balcony doors open quite a bit just to hear the sea and enjoy the fresh air.
Walking distance to restaurants, bars & such wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was well equipped so there were a lot of stay-at-home meals too.
I noticed a few ants sneaking around during my stay, so the building probably needs some improved pest control. I also noticed a bit of crud around the sink drains, but the suite seemed clean otherwise.
The full-size washer & dryer was also a great benefit. Nice to come home from vacation with clothes already cleaned!
This was overall a very good experience, and I'd certainly stay here again.
Pros: Beautiful house, w/pool and spa, Plenty of seating for a large groups. Decent sized kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Very quiet and peaceful place for being so close to the beach. W/comfortable beds.
Cons:
-Master bathroom toilet ran every 30 minutes, sounding like a rocket taking off, constantly waking you up. Pool pump outside of master/ bed was very noisy, and Spa heat never stayed warm, (however the pool stayed perfectly warm) had to call everyday to fix the spa only to stay warm for an hour. Bathroom toilets all need attention whether they needed cleaned or maintained. The upstairs vanity mirror was cracked. The kitchen cupboards under island were dirty and hanging off the hinges. Overall the little things need attention, dust was collecting on light switches. ✅in/out time is not very reasonable compared to other abnb’s or hotels
