Location was amazing! I stayed here alone as a young, single woman, and felt incredibly safe. A few blocks from King Street, coffee shops, restaurants, Colonial Lake and a 10 minute walk to the Battery (the best place to watch the sunset)! The space itself was huge! Almost too big for one person, but I wasn't complaining! The bed was comfortable, and the murphy bed was fantastic whenever I had guests visit. You can see the horse + carriage rides go by every so often, too! Parking behind the building was a nice plus, with a back door for easy access. Even with the unit being right on a main road, it was relatively quiet, which was a bonus! Other reviews mentioned loud neighbors, but during my stay the unit above me was not being rented, however it was toured a few times and you could hear them walking around. The driveway is shared with who I assume are college boys, who partied in the parking lot and played loud music once, but didn't hear much from them other than that. Thanks Isabel!

Amazing home!! Great location and wonderful neighborhood. Duvet Homes did an excellent job with communication, instructions, general knowledge and were so nice and friendly to work with during my stay!!! I highly recommend this home and working with Duvet Homes!!!

I loved this rental cottage! It was so cozy, quiet, and pretty secluded from the surrounding residences. Great neighborhood to get coffee, dinner, or take a walk in the neighboring park. If I come back to Charleston, I would rent it again.

The house was perfect for my 5 month work stay!
Easy access to the bridge, North Charleston and west Ashley! Tons of great distances walking distance & a very comfortable home.
