The heated pool could have been cleaner. Pretty scummy around the tile line & lots of sand on bottom. The other pools were just too cold to enjoy. It’s a shame that they aren’t all heated. The hot tubs had young children in them most of the time making it difficult for adults to enjoy them( no parents around to supervise & no staff doing anything about it), or the rough play of some on the lily pads. This is our 4th stay at Waterscape & the pools & hot tub used to be more closely looked after.
We would recommend the company to clean the back area that stores the beach supplies (chairs, kids play toys etc.). All of it was dirty and therefore not usable with having little ones. Otherwise, very nice condo and would recommend. Thanks again.
