The house was what we expected, which met and exceeded our expectations. Great location!
The management company, Elliott Realty, was outstanding. They communicated clearly pre-, during and post-stay. Also we had 2 minor situations that they addressed promptly, efficiently and professionally.

This home is located right on the beach in a quiet, serene area of North Myrtle Beach. We had 7 preteens/teens with us, and being on the beach provided lots to do, playing volleyball, digging holes to bury each other in, looking for shark teeth, going into the water and generally just laying out and sunbathing. The house had so much room, with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. There was lots of space to cook together in the kitchen, and room for everyone to sit for dinner (we had 8 adults and 7 teens). There is a second fridge in the storage shed in the lower area, where the adults kept their beverages ;). With it being the middle of March, we didn't heat the pool, but it looked really nice and if the weather had been warmer it would have been worth it. There is a marshy area across the street from the house and the kids brought fishing rods and hung out there often as well. Overall a fantastic place! Recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spot for a large family vacation.

I searched for months for the perfect place to house family from three different states (and three generations) for my daughter’s graduation from Coastal Carolina.
Tropical Pleasure was a Godsent and exceeded my expectations. The layout was spacious with enough rooms for privacy and a large enough family area for togetherness. Sunrises and sunsets from the family room were spectacular and even caused my teenage son to put down his phone and wrap up on a blanket on the porch to enjoy them.
The game room was perfect for my daughter and her siblings and cousin to enjoy each other’s company without waking Nana and Paw on the main floor.
The kitchen amenities (2 fridges and 2 stoves) made prepping meals easy as pie! The only suggestion I have is add a griddle for pancakes!
I appreciated Elliot Realty’s communication throughout the whole process. Late checkin was easy breezy and we enjoyed our stay from the first step on the elevator to my last cup of coffee on the balcony.

Upon arrival trash bins were full and trash was spread in the courtyard. Requested trash pickup and courtyard cleaned up. Took two days to pick up trash and courtyard was not cleaned up , I did it myself.
Also, was called about maintenance ahead of arrival, appreciated that since we have pets. However on the day of maintenance no one arrived and upon calling found out there was no maintenance scheduled for the property. Would have been nice to know plans changed.
Lastly, paid pet deposit on day of arrival however it takes 2-3 weeks to refund deposit, seems excessively long.
Overall enjoyed our stay, Elliott Realty needs to improve customer service, responsiveness and accuracy of communication.
