Home was immaculate - all rooms. it is evident they care about the customer experience as they've thought of everything. the kitchen is completely stocked with all necessary tools, plates, silverware, cookware, and some extras. the bathrooms were extremely clean and stocked with all the necessities. the bedrooms were fantastic, comfortable bed and pillows all clean. the living room was clean, comfortable and the TV was intuitive and easy to use the smart functions. although we didn't use the patio, I could see it being quite fun for a family. the neighborhood looks ro be a mix of onsite owners and rentals but is extremely well kept and brand new looking.
the managers were responsive and very proactive. they put a lot of care into making sure we were happy qnd had a very good experience.
i will be back next year for sure.
