The accommodations were beautiful and a perfect layout for myself, my daughter and two granddaughters. The kitchen and baths were beautiful. The gated community made it a great place for my grandkids and we were so close to the softball fields for tournaments and the beach and pier for fun activities.
The sofas could have used some covers or cleaning. The breakers popped in the kitchen but I was able to reset them in the garage. These were the only items that could be addressed.
There are some kids surf boards and beach toys in the garage which is nice.
If you rent this unit there are no condiments including salt and pepper so bring what you need. We found everything we needed for cooking utensils and pans.
I would 100% rent this unit again and enjoy every minute of it.

The house is perfectly situated for a very easy short walk to the beach which is one of the top perks of this great house! Having 3 kings in a house for 3 couples is also such a nice perk. The house has everything you’d need, but just know you need to bring some supplies such as olive oil for cooking and extra towels. They have the very minimum on supplies such as that. Benchmark is a very reputable & friendly company and easy to work with.
