The apartment was exactly as described (size and quality) and it was well located. Any time I needed something the host was super responsive and reactive. I definitely recommend!

I stayed here for four months, and here’s what I think:
Pros: Very good location. The apartment is in Yorkville, a quiet part of the UES. It is near the Carl Schurz Park, as well as shopping establishments and groceries (Whole Foods, Target, Morton Williams, Gristedes). The apartment is spacious, basically a two-floor apartment with two full bathrooms and your own private patio! I feel it can accommodate a bigger group, perhaps 3-4 people easily. The best part was the amazing service. Jay assisted me all throughout my stay. He was prompt, efficient, kind, and patient with all my questions, and he always follows through. Any issues with the apartment were quickly resolved, despite (and especially!) during force majeure events.
Cons: It’s on the 5th floor of a walk-up building. I suppose it took me a while to get used to it!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and already miss the place I called home for four months!

Nothing in New York is cheap but this was great for the price. Bits of the decor could definitely do with a little love and attention (it looks amazing in the photos!) but it was clean and well-maintained. Having a washing-machine in the apartment is a huge plus and pretty rare in Manhattan. Hell's Kitchen is not for everyone but I love it. It was occasionally noisy (it does face on to 9th Avenue) but never disturbingly so - even on New Year's Eve. Crucially, the Hudson Greenway is a little over 5 minutes' walk, Central Park is a 10 minute walk, Times Square and the theatre district is about a 10 minute walk, the subway is a little over a 5 minute walk and there are too many good restauarants and cafes within minutes to mention. Urban Furnished always responded to any queries very quickly. I would definitey stay here again if it was available.

Truly enjoyed my stay! Place looks just like photos. The unit was cleaned very well before my arrival and staff was quick to assist when reaching out. Also came well stocked making my stay a lot more convenient. Keep in mind the heat is not self controlled and auto controlled for the whole building, as many buildings are in the city. Heat would only turn on at certain times so there were a lot of times I would be quite cold but not terribly bad. Would def stay again!
