We were only a 15 minute walk into the city centre and a shop just round the corner.
Ciaran was very helpful and replied back very quickly if we were unsure of anything.

Close to the quays, walking distance to the tram.
The apartment owner / management company were quick to respond, and the checkout instructions were clear.
One of the rooms had an ensuite, so we had 2 bathrooms, which was very handy.

There we issues with the WiFi though, which meant the TV didn't work. This might not be an issue for a lot of travellers, but if you're looking to relax a bit in the evening, and watch some TV / use the WiFi, then it's worth checking this with the host. I believe there are looking into this
There is parking, but it's not technically on-site. It's a rather shabby looking car park about 3 minutes walk away. Parking in this closest car park is £6 a day, which is quite reasonable. But, the car park is ratehr small, and gets filled up quickly.
You will need to use your own Amazon account on their Firestick to use the TV. If not, bring your own one, or Chromecast.
