★★★★
Great place to stay, not walking distance to downtown Tamarindo. On large hill some of the local taxi's did not want to drive it with five people in car, was a short walk to the top.
House was in good condition, lots of pots and pans for all cooking desires. Hot water never got hot, just above cold at best.. wasn't terrible with how hot it was though. Rooms get a LOT of natural light, and heat from sunrise, bring a eye mask.
★★★★★
good place to stay for larger groups. it's a little tricky to find the right building to stay in. But the host gives very clear instructions that were very helpful

good place for large groups
★★★★
Our stay was good! Relative to other options in the area it was affordable. The house is very private. While it is in a city, and we always walked in groups of 2 or more, safety wasn't an issue at all. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and amenities all worked okay! It was very easy to Uber around the city from the locations. We would stay again as a great, more budget-friendly option. We had 8 guests due to one cancelling, but the house could definitely host more!
★★★★
The place was very clean! Beds were very comfortable! The place overall is good!
The only thing I have to say is that I asked for cleaning stuff due to the "beach" area we got sand inside and we didn't have anything to clean it!
