Le logement est situé sur une place entre une église et un bar de nuit. La circulation sur cette place est limité donc pas de bruit de ce côté là. Par contre, il faut savoir que les cloches de l'église sonnent tous les matins à 7h30 puis à horaire variable entre 8h30 et 9h00 et ensuite à 18h00.
Le café (ouvert de 18h00 à 00h00 en saison) a sa terrasse implantée sous les fenêtres de l'appartement.
