I stayed here for about 6 weeks and it was a really good home for that period of time. The only issue I had during my stay was that the door code unexpectedly changed one day but that was resolved within 15 minutes or so.

Home was lovely. The ERA realtor sent incorrect information on getting in despite my contacting them 3 weeks in advance for the proper way to check-in. We stood in the street for over an hour trying to get someone to call back with instructions. When calling they kept assuming we were in a rental that had a door code. I think this is the only rental they have that is a house and not a condo unit. If you want to rent this house you must get a confirmation that they understand this house does NOT have a code to get in. The owner of the home will be well served to look at alternative agents.
