最后，Jay非常好，非常耐心。我们英语不好，但是和Jay沟通完全没有障碍，他很细心的为我们解释语言不通的地方。我觉对会把Jay推荐给本国的病友！

We needed a home away from home while in town for medical reason and this was it. The building is less than 5 mins drive to the hospital with amenities like gym, pool, outdoor space, coworking space, and gated garage. The unit is as advertised with in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and a balcony overlooking Hermann Park and Texas Medical Center. We reserved the unit for 30 days but needed to extend which was very easily accommodated by Jay. He was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a few uncertainties on our departure day but he was flexible and understanding. I would stay here next time we need to be in town again.

Apartment was clean and a great location for access to nearby hospitals (15 min walk to TCH). After initial hiccup about canceling pest extermination (routine but it was in middle of our stay), the stay was great. Jay was responsive with the exception of Saturday evening - we didn’t hear back about concerns until Sunday morning. Other than that, communication was good. Jay did take care of the pest control (again, canceling routine - no actual pest issues. We were worried about chemicals). We had a good rest of our stay.
