This place was well worth the money!! However, we were there during the off season and got it at a way discounted rate. If I had paid prime season prices, I would be a little disappointed. Check in was easy, and the place was massive with everything the add called out, but there were some issues. First off, it was apparent that nobody from management had set foot in this place in a while, that or they just don’t care. There is a lot of LED lighting in the game loft and theater room, but 90percent of it was damaged / broken. There are full arcade size video games in the loft, but the controller on one of them didn’t work, rendering it useless. The thermostat on the 1st floor was locked and I woke up to it being 59 degrees in the house. It took 2 full days for them to get somebody there to fix it. The dishwasher did not work / had no electric power, and the dryer timer was broken. It ran, but would continue to run until you physically stopped it. Overall, I would stay with them again.

Me and my family loved it. Everything was walking distance and very quiet. We will be back

My family and I really enjoyed this condo and the price was fairly decent. We were in town the Citrus Bowl before relocating. We just wanted a clean, safe and quiet place to stay for 3 days. The pool area is nice, the beds were comfortable and for most part the house was clean. However, there are a few things that needs some attention. There is one bedroom without a TV, the water in the shower would get cold really quick and a low pressure if someone was using any other water in the place, the refrigerator was so hard to open that it would roll out of its place and the shower heads need to be replaced. The kitchen sink had a foul odor from the time we arrived up until we left and no one even used it. I'm not sure what that's about. It's not a bad place at all, it just needs a little TLC!

Overall great experience, I would stay here again. Getting into the gated community was often a pain due to the time of the year but it is nice to know that the area is very secure.
