The house is beautiful. Lots of space. The back/pool area is very nice with pool and jacuzzi. I will say the instructions on the parking was not clear and one of my people’s car was towed twice while there but the host was very responsive, helpful, and sympathetic of what happened and resolved it and everything that we asked. We would definitely book and stay at this house again.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay despite a few minor inconveniences. While I try not to be too picky, for how much is paid to stay at Bella Blue at Bella Vida, it’s very difficult to look past a few things.
Pros:
1. The home upon arrival is exactly what is pictured online, stunning.
2. The responsiveness of the Magic One staff on the app was prompt.
3. The pool was always something to look forward to at the close of each day.
4. The gated community felt safe and the house is in a lovely location around the pond.
Cons:
1. The pool lights were not working.
2. The bedroom pillows were flat or bumpy.
3. A living room drawer had a sticky spill inside.
4. Trash bags were on the porch.
5. One of the bedroom sheets was dirty while another had a stain on the comforter.
6. Numerous light bulbs in the home were not working.
7. The entryway to the home had wasp nests forming.
With a few fixes and some cleanliness improvements, I would argue that this home would be worth every penny.

We come over to go to Walt Disney world several times a year and stay at an AirBnb so we have stayed at quite a few homes. This house is one of our favorites so far. Love the lay out, comfortable furnishings, very nicely decorated. We actually appreciate a non Disney themed home and this one is very nice. Great kitchen and living area. It is spacious and roomy. Love the en-suite bathrooms. Very nice view out the back with the walk way around the pond.
