The host, Jonas, was very responsive and thoughtful, turning on the floor heating in advance so the rooms were warm upon our arrival. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The accommodation policy is flexible, offering the option to purchase early check-in or late check-out.
The only thing to note is that the apartment entrance differs from what’s shown on Google Maps—it’s located on the side of the building.

My husband and I stayed for a week and found the apt to be very comfortable and felt right at home. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to major places to visit and local places for grocery shopping and restaurants - also very close to the tram if you don’t like to walk. Quiet place with privacy and very spacious. Wish they had a wardrobe closet and a long mirrors but those are very minor things. Host also super responsive and friendly.

The apartment was amazing and the host was responsive, but check-in was a nightmare, unfortunately. I’ve stayed at holiday rental properties across Europe, North America, and the Caribbean, and this was the most challenging check-in situation I’ve ever encountered. In the check-in guide they provide, the map link they give you is to a completely different address about 1 km away. We messaged the host and he was responsive, but he asked if we were at the address listed in the map link. I told him we were and sent him a photo. However, that was still the wrong address. He finally sent over the correct address and we walked a kilometer to the property. The instructions in the check-in guide indicating where the key lockbox was located were also incorrect. We finally found the key box and got into the property. We spent over an hour walking around searching for the correct address, and didn’t get checked in until after midnight after a long day of travel. The host did stay in contact.
