The location is convenient if you're looking to be near Novi Beograd Station/bus terminal, as it's a short walk through a new residential complex to both. The residences are new and modern, with many upscale restaurant options steps away from the entrance. That said, access to the old town is tougher, so bear that in mind when booking.
It was easy to communicate with the host, and he was very helpful with the check-in process. The unit was quiet, though I was only there quite late, so cannot comment on anything during the day. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked well, including the hot water. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the kitchen.
