Our extended family of 10 fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The house was an easy 5 min walk to the beach. The deck facing the ocean was the most used area of the house. We loved every minute of our stay!

Great house! Super clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with the living room TV and I alerted property management more to make sure I wasn't blamed (lol) and they addressed it the next day! Management was super nice and accommodating and the location was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was stocked with everything except seasoning. It was such a relief! The house over all was an awesome stay! The house next door is being built but noise was a minimum.
The only small criticism I have might be a misunderstanding on my part. When I searched for the property, it's listed under "waterfront" and "beachfront" but it's not what I considered it. We have 3 young kids so when I search for those terms it's because I'm looking to walk onto the beach directly. We're looking to avoid any walks while herding 3 feral cats. You have a great view of both the bay and beach and as adults the walk is very simple and convenient but with kids it's not as convenient. Still a amazing stay!

the house is right off Ft. Morgan Rd. surprisingly you don't hear any traffic. they are building a house next door so there is some noise. there is a path at the back of house towards the beach; however, you are walking adjacent to other properties. the public beach access is a walk. be prepared for this. the house itself is as pictured. it needs a heavy duty cleaning!! the beds were comfortable. tv and fan in every room. you can see the beach from the porch but not hear waves. you are third row back from beach
