Morgan Rd. surprisingly you don't hear any traffic. they are building a house next door so there is some noise. there is a path at the back of house towards the beach; however, you are walking adjacent to other properties. the public beach access is a walk. be prepared for this. the house itself is as pictured. it needs a heavy duty cleaning!! the beds were...

Cute place. A bit of a hike to the beach if you have small kiddos. Bed linens leave a lot to be desired. Several cosmetic items were broken in the house, but everything that we really needed worked.

I do not think this house was worth $6,000. The location was great, but the house definitely needs work. There were also missing pillows and bed sheets, broken chairs, mold on the walls and air vents. We will definitely come back to the area, but not this house.
