Good stay, however hard to locate the building at first and I didn't understand why the charge exists for late checkin as many factors can come to play on ones travel which is out of their control.

The location is super perfect, the owner is kind, and the rooms are clean, but since the price is super low and there are no private spaces, there are rude guests sometimes (I needed to warn some random people once the other day that they should not sit on or place things on my bed).
Besides, the check-in process was a bit demanding. I needed to withdraw cash to check in to pay a $20 deposit, which cost about $8, which was not what they explained in the Airbnb message. Since Singapore is a cashless society and there are no ATMs around the inn, I needed to walk about 20 min to Chinatown just to withdraw money.
But overall, I think it's affordable still, considering the price.
