A few issues happened while there - toilets clogged easily and no plungers were available so we had to call and wait every time for maintenance to come. We also requested for fresh towels to be brought to the place but they never arrived. We requested to have twins converted to kings in a few rooms before checkin, but this wasn’t done upon arrival so we had to call and wait. And we requested 2 parking passes but on arrival we only got 1. And no one brought a second one until our second day there. And one unit was swelteringly hot even though we had the heat set to 62, while the other unit was freezing.
The place was overall fine and worked for our group - we especially liked the heated pool for kids. However, for the price of this place, we expected a superior experience and that’s not what we found.
