Clean, well-kept, and comfortable Airbnb in a nice area. The home looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect size for our group. There was plenty of safe parking (there is a fence surrounding the community). The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. I have no issues with the home and would recommend staying here to anyone.
The hosts were communicative and provided clear instructions regarding check-in and access. My one tiny gripe is that they have a TON of rules, but given that they're in a very popular tourist area I can understand why they would be overly cautious with guests. This wasn't obtrusive enough to warrant me rating them lower than 5 stars, but I thought it was worth mentioning in the review.
Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.

My group and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area, silent neighborhood, everything was excellent. Only thing was the there wasn’t really any service in the area. Verizon got a few bars, but thankfully one can connect to the wifi from outside the house. Would recommend to other groups, and also would love to stay again in the future.

The house was fun, big, and comfortable.. It is within walking distance of Bass Lake and a hiking trail… But their trash policy is incredibly inconvenient.. we had to buy extra trash bags and pay $12 to dispose of them at a location 27 mins away.. also.. the house was COLD.. It would have been nice to have someone turn on the heater before our arrival..
We have fun tho.. over all.. it was a good experience..

Close by Yosemite’s national park!
We needed a place to stay after doing a last minute Yosemite visit. I highly recommend this spot if it’s 2 of you. Had everything we needed & bonus points for the coffee machine!
Smooth check in & overall would love to stay at this spot again next time I am in town. See yall soon!
