My family of 5 had a great stay in Emerald Home. I was initially quite concern on the distance of the apartment from the Sky Avenue (about 10mins away by a payable shuttle running hourly) and all the amenities we were used to but my concern was allayed as long as the to/fro shuttle tickets were bought online in advance. If you just need a clean and peaceful apartment to rest after a whole day of fun at the Genting Sky World theme park or shopping at the Genting Premium Outlets, this is a great place for the whole family to get together at a very reasonable price!

Place is beautiful and views are awesome. Host was nice and reachable at all times. Housekeeping staff isn’t very active so we faced cleanliness related issues at checkin but host was very quick and getting things fixed and that to me is most important. I was also told that she will speak with housekeeping agents to improve in future..overall would I return? I would say yes, given host was very friendly and open to feedback besides attending to our needs very promptly. House is nice and views are amazing. I would recommend!
