The things that Gerry and Arlene need to concentrate on related to this home is the stair railing at the bottom of the stairs on the Dining room side. It is quite loose and could be a hazard for some elderly guests that need a banister that is secure. The Dining room chairs have problems in that the back, which is one piece including the rear legs that attaches to the seat has either loose...
