Had a lovely stay at this cute apartment in Le Marais. The property was exactly as described and photographed - just one flight of stairs up. I usually always stay in this neighborhood as it's so convenient to great restaurants and shopping and very walkable to many other parts and attractions in Paris. I'd definitely recommend a stay here and would consider staying again here in the future. The apartment managers were also very communicative, although I never needed to reach out to them for anything. A nice stay!

Strongly recommend. Very good location and comfortable stay, easy key pick up and even had a parking place. Not too many stairs (just a few to get into the building) if you have mobility concerns, and an elevator. The building is modern and has new appliances, washer/dryer, and modern design.
